You’ve just purchased an amazing new toy, it’s an investment! Now we want to keep it in the best condition for as long as possible!
Most toys such as vibrators, rabbits, dildos etc. tend to be made out of a body safe silicone (assuming you have bought from a trusted retailer) whilst this makes it smooth and comfortable to use, there is some care that’s needed
No Silicone-based Lubes!
Whilst silicone lube is one of my favourites for its longevity and lack of stickiness, it’s not made for your silicone-based toys. It can erode the material and cause damage so stay clear!
Use a Dedicated Toy Cleaner
Whilst mild soap generally is safe, some ingredients in soaps can damage silicone based toys over time and can mess with your pH balance if not thoroughly cleansed off. So I always tend to recommend a toy safe and designed cleaner. The ones I like are usually a foaming liquid and are easy and simple to use.

Don’t Overcharge your Toys!
It’s easy to do, sometimes we leave them charge overnight after a good session but this is the easiest way to kill the battery on toys. Most toys (if otherwise stated) generally only need about 2 hours tops on a charger.
